TiVi is a token-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed to automate video script and content plan generation using advanced language model pipelines.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your password and credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Tokens, Billing, and Subscriptions

- **Token Model**: Generation tasks consume tokens. Different platform presets, script durations, and content plan sizes require different amounts of tokens.

- **Paid Subscriptions**: We offer Plus ($12/mo, 50 tokens) and Pro ($29/mo, 200 tokens) plans. All subscription details, price tiers, and renewal transactions are processed securely through our payment partner, **Paddle.com**.

- **Price Changes**: We reserve the right to adjust subscription rates or token distributions. Any price updates will be communicated in advance before renewals occur.

5. Intellectual Property and Output Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service remain the exclusive property of Private Entrepreneur Tyrtyshnyi Yaroslav. You own the specific video script and content plan outputs generated by the Service under your authenticated account, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private Entrepreneur Tyrtyshnyi Yaroslav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
